What are we able to do with your testamentary legacy

Your legacy will help families to meet their basic needs in times of serious difficulties; it can be used to raise healthy children, educated them,  provide food, water, give people a dignified life, and create a training path with the goal of self-development and autonomy within their environment.

In the last 10 years, CEFA  has helped over 3 million and a half people to escape poverty and hunger.

CEFA was the winner at Expo 2015 out of 800 participants from all over the  world for the  best agricultural intervention in poor areas, with project of the Central dairy farm of Njombe in Tanzania.

How to make a testamentary legacy

Making one’s own will is easy, simply requiring knowledge of legal requirements and following them. The will can be done in different ways, the easiest being the holographic one. It must be written exclusively by one’s own hand on paper; it must be dated and signed by the testator and does not incur any cost.

The holographic will is simple, economic and ensures a complete confidence: no one is required to know the existence of it.

An important drawback, however, is  that the will can be subverted, lost or altered; this problem can be avoided by writing two copies and entrusting one of these to  a lawyer or to one of the beneficiaries of the will.
